Representatives from each standing committee/council, staff and the parish at large serve in an advisory capacity to the pastor on parish matters. The following committees are represented on the pastoral council
Finance Council
Advises the Pastor, through evaluation and consultation, on the appropriate use of parish resources necessary for the operation of parish facilities and ministries.

Christian Formation Committee

Liturgy Preparation Committee
Committee members work with the parish priests in preparing and coordinating all that is needed for prayerful worship.

Materialities Committee
Committee members discuss the material needs of the parish, including interior and exterior maintenance of parish buildings, sidewalks, parking, and landscaping. The committee also solicits services from parish volunteers and contractors to meet these material needs. The committee is always in need of volunteers and/or members.

Summerfest Committee
Meets regularly to plan for the Summerfest Celebration on the Friday and Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend in May. This is a very fun event and raises over $50,000 for Most Pure Heart of Mary. Join this great committee to help plan this spectacular event!

Welcome Committee
Welcomes new parishioners by phone, facilitates the registration process into the parish, offers opportunities to become familiar with the many ministries offered at MPHM, and invites them to the New Parishioners Breakfasts which are offered on the First Sunday of the month at 10:30 am.

Vocations Committee
Mission: To implant a sense of awareness for religious vocations. The role of the committee is to foster and promote vocations by encouraging the laity to support the development of individuals to a religious vocation, as well as honoring those in the religious life.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
Is a liaison organization between parents and teachers. We assist in planning fundraisers and family/school activities. Monthly meetings are held and ALL parents are invited to come and get involved.
