What is Catholic Scripture Study International?
CSSI is a yearly parish Bible study, orthodox in teaching, and open to men and women of all ages. The mission of this scripture study group is: To bring people closer to Jesus Christ and His Church through in-depth Scripture study. This year the class is studying the Book of Romans.
From the CSSI Website: The book of Romans is probably the most difficult of all of St. Paul’s letters as well as the single most disputed Biblical book between Catholics and Protestants. It also contains some of Paul’s most important teachings on natural law, the relationship of faith and works, the doctrine of predestination, and the relationship between the Jews and the church.
